Financial Plan for Your Business

Here's what our Financial Plan includes:

  • Valuation Analysis - Using our proprietary tools and spreadsheets, you will be able to assess the level of sales and profit performance that your company needs to attain in order to achieve its target valuation. You will also be able to assess the impact of different pricing strategies on the company's financial performance and its shareholder value. Includes a five-year financial projection.
  • Incentive Compensation Plan and Stock Option Plan - In order to align the interests of your company's managers with your interests as a shareholder, we will develop an incentive compensation plan that uses value creation as a benchmark for providing bonuses to you and your management team. This means that you will have a yardstick that you can use to measure the performance of any executive or employee that you hire and a method of compensating him in cash and/or equity that reflects the value that he brings to your company.
  • Capitalization Table - We will prepare a detailed analysis of your company's capitalization table to make sure that the ownership structure accurately reflects your goals and objectives regarding control issues, dilution, employee stock option plans and future rounds of debt and equity financing.
  • Internal Communications Document - We will prepare a detailed communications document to help explain your company, its mission and its goals so that everyone's interests are aligned and so that you, your executives and your employees will be incentivized to work together to build value for your company for years to come.
  • Digital Safety Box - To facilitate the efficient flow of due diligence information and documentation for capital raising transactions, we will provide your company with a Web-accessible Digital Safety Box. The Box will be used to house all due diligence materials, documents relating to investor reporting, contracts, financial statements and projections, sales and marketing materials and communication with potential investors. We will also handle setup, training, security and maintenance.
  • Prices vary depending on scope of engagement. Travel, long-distance phone calls and other pre-approved expenses will be paid by the client.
