As your Virtual Project Manager, we take the day-to-day operations of your business off
your plate so that you can focus on what you do best. Whether you need us to pitch in with
general office tasks, market research, product development or hiring and managing key
vendors and professional services firms, we're here to help! We can also coordinate
time-sensitive projects such as new product launches to make sure that you hit the market
while it's hot. Depending on your needs, we'll provide our services on site or remotely,
and we're available to set up operational systems and train your staff to use them. And,
unlike full-time employees who get paid a salary and benefits, we're available to do as
much or as little as you need - no strings attached.
Here are some examples of the types of services that we provide:
Administrative services (answering the phone, responding to email, data entry, filing)
Marketing (market research, email/direct marketing, sales lead generation, graphic design)
Selection and management of outside vendors and professional services firms
Recruitment, training and supervision of internal and external staff
Bookkeeping (accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, bank reconciliation)
Prices vary depending on scope of engagement and do not include travel, long-distance
phone calls and other pre-approved expenses. Some services may be provided by our
Preferred Partner Network of professional services providers for an additional fee.
